We love sharing what we know and learning from others

Laura Ingalls

Co-owner & CEO

Laura loves crafting stories that help nonprofits create healthier, more stable funding for their missions. As a professional communicator for 25+ years, she’s written and led teams for brands such as CNN International, Save the Children, World Learning, and PetSmart Charities.

Much of Laura’s nonprofit career has been in the international development sector. She taught basic skills to young journalists in Iraq, field produced a documentary about Kosovo’s judicial system, and trained civil society groups in Nigeria. Closer to home, she served for years on the board of Little Lights Urban Ministries in Washington, DC.

Laura has a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Arizona.

She consumes too much coffee and not enough history, sci-fi and superhero stories. Laura lives in Phoenix with her husband, adopted whippet mix, and two TNR cats.

Brianna Klink

Co-owner & COO

Brianna is passionate about helping nonprofits build sustainable, data-informed fundraising programs. She loves crunching data, building templates, and fine-tuning processes so you can do more of what works with less stress.

A certified nonprofit professional (CNP) and mail design professional (MDP), Brianna has 20 years of experience in organizational development, multi-media production, and database management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and drama from the University of Washington.

Brianna has held various volunteer positions with the Community Association of Seventh Avenue, Yaple Park Historic District, and Maricopa County Democratic Party. A veteran improviser, Brianna performs regularly at The Torch Theater. She uses her improv skills to help clients create healthier, more inclusive teams.

Brianna lives in Phoenix with her husband and two adopted Chihuahuas.

Laura and Brianna at Abeja are a dream to work with for direct mail and marketing needs. Both are a wealth of knowledge and friendly cheerleaders in your corner.
