Terri Shoemaker, partner, is the brains behind our direct response marketing service. She helps corporate clients increase sales and nonprofits acquire and retain donors efficiently.
A self-proclaimed data geek, Terri will find and close the gaps in any direct marketing system. Under her management, mailings go out on time, engage target audiences and move them toward action.
But don’t mistake her for just an analyst. Terri pairs left-brain project management with a right-brain sense of the brand elements that will resonate with your audiences.
She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit and higher education experience to the team. Terri holds an undergraduate degree from Ohio University and a master's degree in Public Affairs with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University.
Terri moved to Phoenix in 2012 from a small town in Downeast Maine. She and her husband have two dogs and two cats. Her personal interests include collecting Kermits, making cheese and creating things out of recycled felt.

A creative marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, she delivers strong ROI for clients with both modest and multi-million dollar budgets. She designs and executes integrated marketing campaigns that launch products and services, capture new markets and grow customer loyalty.

Virginia holds an undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Arizona. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping companies enter and expand their influence in the Hispanic market.
