She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit and higher education experience to the team.

Terri holds an undergraduate degree from Ohio University and a master's degree in public affairs with a concentration in nonprofit management from Indiana University.

A creative marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, she delivers strong ROI for clients with both modest and multi-million dollar budgets. She designs and executes integrated marketing campaigns that launch products and services, capture new markets and grow customer loyalty.

We just love watching Virginia work – whether she’s digging into new market research, designing product packaging or negotiating TV, radio and digital media buys.

Virginia earned a degree in business administration / marketing from the University of Arizona.

LAURA Ingalls

is a proud wordsmith.

A fourth-generation journalist, she wrote her first international news story at age seven.  Since then, she’s learned to craft copy that delights and motivates audiences.

When it comes to words, Laura is magic. All the ideas you have in your head for customers, donors or prospects will wither away if they aren’t said. Laura will help get your message down to just a few words - the perfect words.

Laura has worked nearly 20 years as a professional communicator in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She’s been all over the world, with stints in Iraq and even Hong Kong, where she was a senior producer for CNN International.

She holds a degree in journalism from the University of Arizona and a master's in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University.

Brianna Klink de Ruiz

Most notably, she helped Longboard Asset Management double revenue, PetSmart Charities save 40,609 more pets from euthanasia, and Corpedia launch an e-learning product that was acquired by NYSE Euronext.

Brianna left “Cubicle Nation” for the life of an entrepreneur. She is also a veteran improviser who performs regularly with Mail Order Bride at The Torch Theatre and uses improv skills to help clients develop their teams.

Brianna earned degrees in psychology and drama from the University of Washington.
